Standard bank charged me for a stop payment on a debit order, but the debit order still went off and they are refusing to refund me either the return debit order fee or the stop payment that they charged me for??They are *****ing from me, how can they charge me for the stop payment and when they do not stop the payment as requested they still charge me for a return debit fee? I was in the bank Friday and I am still waiting for any feedback, it is Wednesday today and almost month end.I am already moving my business to another bank, already settled and closed my credit card with STD bank.Gatvol!Every time I contact the call centre apparently they can not verify me?
