They stole my money

I am so ****ing ****es right now with STD bank. Firstly they have been allowing un athorized debits om my account. I have been to the bank and contacted customer telephonically and via email, i have been advised that my query is resolved but this still happens every month. Now all of a sudden i have unauthorized debit draft on my account which i had no knowledge off or some sort of communication from the bank. R800 somewhat amount have been taken out from my account. When i call customer care line i am told it was payments that Was processed late from a 3rd party. What the **** is that?? Why would i get a notification that amount of was taken off for a payment then still get effected by payment being banked late. How is that my business?? I was told there no charges from declined payment and here we are.... i am being billed R8 somewhat for that

I want my money and this account closed.

The agent i called a few minute ago kept me on hold for over 20 minute then cut my call.

Such poor service from this bank.
