They ***** and never feedback

So I had a loan with standard bank which I will never do in my life nxa I just discouraged 2 people who wanted to take. They were debiting R275 from my account which they claim was all for interest and my initial loan never got credited. It's been more than 3years of me paying and my account is still owing the same old amount I owed in the beginning. Last month with no warning my account was debited a huge amount then I was told I have been handed over. Where is all the amounts I had been paying? Why ***** money from my account without any warning? Why do you promise to contact people then you don't ? I have banked with you since I knew what a bank is and after all these years this is how you thank me? I should have jumped when Fnb invited me. I hate your bank with a passion Shem. Can I get someone to call me and sort this mess out and leave you guys in peace. It might not make much of a difference but my whole family is pulling out of this bank you guys are a bunch of ruthless ******.
