THEY RESPOND BUT NEVER SORT OUT THE COMPLAINT

I simply dont know where to start, I had a cheque account almost 10 years ago and then i went under debt review and owed the bank for an over draft- over the years my debt counselor has paid money and they received it , they now claim i never had an account with them , My salary was paid into that account for years ,how does ones details just disappear ,if i owed them money i would be at attorneys , I paid my debt and now want all my money that i have paid towards this so called account that in my opinion they have recycled, Nobody can help me , every reply is that i am at fault and never had an account - They now discovered that the money was laying in suspense account but allocated to another person and now they cant get hold of the client really with FICA , RICA you cant get hold of a person in SA - Standard has my money and it is simple they need to refund me ,I have sent them proof that NPDA paid them every month. I need my money paid and i need a letter saying i never had an account with them
