They priorities image over customer service

I have a building loan with standard bank from which I have claimed only R270 000 equivalent of 3 clams averaging 80 000. Each claim is supposedly paid against progress made in the building project. Now I have built a 2,3 million house literally on my own. I recently submitted a claim and was told more work is to be done on property, a lot more work was done and I resubmitted a claim and was told I had done no work since the last assessment. My conclusion is that the assessor and standard bank do not want me to finish the house so that I can keep paying the high interest on the current loan and claims without making real progress on my loan. Simple standard bank home loans is *******! <br> <br> All I seem to have received from standard bank is literally a lip service and a thousand ideas! At this stage I would be a fool to recommend Standard Bank!!!
