They lose my FICA documents and freeze me out
I will be closing my Standard Bank account tomorrow. Several accounts and two Bonds and they Freeze my accounts. Why is it my problem and I have to run around if Standard Bank misplaced my FICA documents and then they use the law to force you to run after them to enable you to get to your own money. Even if it costs me tens of thousands of rands I will be moving. Standard bank you are the worst bank ever and you have made enough money out of me for 24 years!
