They just want you to be over indebted

iStore card has been converted into titanium credit card, I asked if they could transfer my balance and credit to my other titanium credit card so that I could have one titanium credit card account instead of two separate ones; they said no! When I asked why, I was asked who told me that that is possible. I then asked if it was possible to reduce my credit card and personal loan credit limit after paying a portion of the outstanding balance, I was told no, I must settle the account before reducing the limit. This bank is just *******, they just want you to be over indebted.
