They dont know what they are selling

Almost two years and only used the credit card once and its getting paid every month but nothing is going down and its more than what i got and btw one was informed that you only pay back what you owe its very bad for an unemployed person and no one can explain properly at this bank one says no intetest then we come in an says we have been paying intetest and for a whole year we see no statments. Really have been *****ed over to be unemployed and in debt
