They don't care about their clients

I'm so disappointed with this Bank, I have so many years as their client and last year they financed our home. In March our monthly instalment was moved to stop order being paid straight from my husband's salary. everything was paid well with the new change and suddenly this month Standard bank after receiving the stop order decided to again debit our account meaning taking an amount of 7K twice from one account?? next thing they tell us it'll take 3 days for the money to be paid back to us, some stupid standard procedure when they didn't think trice to take our money. How they manage to get it right in March and then get it wrong in April? they just don't care about their clients. I can't wait to pay off this stupid loan and get rid of this bank once and for all.
