They didn't close my account

I went to my branch to close my account - had to complete forms. I still had to pay months service fees that I transferred once debited to my account. Now two years later I receive threats for R7000 outstanding on my account. Never had overdraft on my cheque account. The debt collector doesn't agree with me and threats are getting out of hand.<br> <br> This must get sorted out or I'm taking it to the ombudsman.
