They did it AGAIN!

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to Standard Bank for reversing the electronic bank fees that they deducted from my account last month but I'm not happy as they deducted it AGAIN this month! Please can this be reversed and STOPPED?! I am tired of logging into my banking app and seeing BUSINESS ELECT BANK FEES. If this happens again, I will be moving banks and I will tell everyone of this ongoing problem!<br> <br> I expect more then your generic \we're looking into it"response this time.
