They are giving wrong data to experian

This is not the first time it is happening to me. All standardbank clients check your experian credit report because standardbank sent through wrong data to make sure that other banks think you have bad credit and affordability. They never sent through accounts information that is closed an if reminded say it must be a mistake. I give u 1 day to fix my report of a loan paid off allready and have prove you taken your money monthly. Otherwise I will put the ombutsman on to you guys.
