These people dont know what they're doing - VAF

I called and spoke to Keenan about the process if i want to settle my car in 24months, firstly Keenan told me i have 33months left on the car, which didnt make sense to me, then he logged a call with the guys to let me know what I would be paying if i wanted to settle in 24months. My statement says i owe R94 727.76, Winny Twala sent an e mail saying to settle in 24 months i would need to pay an installment of R4194.87. R4194.87x24 months= R100 656 which is more than what I owe. Even if i calculate my current installment which is R3 245.72 x 33 months (which is what's apparently left of my term) = R107 108.76. I rep**** to Winny's e mail twice asking how they got to this calculation because either way with what i've been told seems like i'll be paying more than what i owe. She still has not come back to. Please come back to me or i will have to contact the credit ombud as i find this obscene.
