After dealing with Evelyn which was bad , we finally met a lady that was the sweetest person I've met in a long time , she assisted us with everything we needed, she explained that the system was slow which is out of her control and we didn't mind at all because of her awesome people s****s , she even stayed after working hours to ensure that we have everything we needed, I hope that she stays as nice as she is and not allow the bad attitude of her colleagues to affect her negatively
