Their customer service Is bad
Their customer service Is bad. Especially for the ITCM loans division. I have since asked to be assisted actioning my debit order with no success till date. They never reply to emails. It is frustrating to miss payments when there is funds but they are not doing their part. Which affects my credit score negatively.
