<p>I tried to withdraw mony from an ATM several times but no money came out, when leaving the ATM i checked my balance on the APP and my money was still there, so i went home with the intention that i'd try again in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Woke up to check the app again before heading to the bank and all my money was gone. I then stepped into the Nicolway Branch and i was told that they can't help me without the ATM number.</p> <p> </p> <p>So in essence i've lost all my money and no one can explain to me why, i tried going on twitter and they promised to get back to me. still waiting.</p>
