Theft of cleints money

Standard Bank closed my son's savings account in Feb 2019 and took his money. I have been trying since then to get it back with absolutely no success or acceptable assistance from the Bank. I hope my other savings accounts are still in tact, I have not checked. In this case it is a small amount of money but still absolutely unacceptable to seal people's money. I have been to the bank twice, called the bank once and emailed them twice as well. I am so glad I did not use Standard Bank for my home loan, SA Homeloans is amazing and I highly recommend them.
