The worst VAF customer service received.

App**** for Vehicle Financing at the local branch Klerksdorp, had a consultant John help with the application and I received an email with confirmation from the bank with the reference number. I was then referred to a Stone who deals with VAF and he explained that they cannot process my application as the dealership I am buying from is based in Western Cape, and that was the end of the process for them. The reason I went to the bank I am banking with is to get better/ rates and cut out the middle man but it seems I cannot get serviced, left to vultures to fend for myself. No use trusting with my money. What a waist of my time with *********** bank, I am in South Africa and they cannot reach out to someone in the coastal region to handle my application. And the manager of VAF Sales Reggie Berry was copied in the email yet it sounded just fine to him. Time to take my business elsewhere look for a better devil.
