The Worst Service Provider

I've been a member of this Ucount since January 2015 and I regret joining this scheme. Ucount has successfully debuted my account without fail and dispite a million phone calls to them, I'm unable to use these so called points at their certified stores/ partners. I called to enquire about cancellation and was told that I will forfeit all the points even though it's my money that has been deducted by this company. I'm on the verge of moving my business to another financial institution.
