THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

i app**** for a Loan over the phone from Standard bank Home loans and was assisted by Hendruk Pretorius two months ago, he sounded like he knew his work i was very wrong. in the last three weeks i haven't been able to get hold of him. he's been avoiding me i call the call centre and he's around then all of a sudden he's out of the office. i spoke to a so called Supervisor Monday the 05th and he's disappeared in to thin air, i spoke to another Team Leader by the name of OJ. the overall experience is Horrible. they don't care about their customers. I'm still waiting for emails and phone calls that i don't receive. I've been calling their call centre three times a day because I'm the one who needs help at the end of the Day. if this is the Service they provide i don't know if they will be able to handle my Money that's if they know where it is. <br> <br> i am Emotionally drawn. this is by far the worst service i have received from anyone .<br>
