THE WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I have absolutely had it with Std bank's unwillingness to assist, constant rejection and overall pathetic service. I've submitted a claim after a storm causing my roof to suddenly start leaking and ripping my ceiling apart, only to have it rejected on the bases that the damages had developed over time. It's scary based on what i've seen on this site how many times they use this reason for declining claims. I have been paying for a service, yet when they have to provide the service, they send their service provider BATHOPELE CONSTRUCTION not to assess the damage but to obviously check for reason NOT to pay the claim. After being sent from pillar to post, countless unanswered or returned calls, logging complaints, their refusal to suspend bond payments(so i can repair the damages as it gets worse every time it rains), i am left frustrated and angry with the realization that banking with Std Bank has been the biggest mistake one could possibly make! I will DEFINITELY be closing all my accounts and moving to a bank where i KNOW i WILL be treated with at least some level of CUSTOMER \CARE\", and enjoy the benefit of services that i PAY for. Std bank is THE worst service provider in SA!<br> "
