The worst service ever

Standard Bank N1 City is the most useless and *********** branch ever. The staff are unfriendly as well. I went into the branch on 2 October to complete all paper work to remove surety from my home loan. All done, 2 days later the consultant called me to say all has been approved and sorted. Only to find out today that the process is still in progress. This incompetence has led to unnecessary debt and bank fees. When I went back today there was a queue of 20+ people and 3 consultants only. I waited for 30 ins and left. Not 1 client moved in that 30 mins. Teach your staff properly of close the doors. Such service is a very very bad reflection on SBSA. Be warned people - do NOT go to N1 branch, rather Tygervalley. They are much better and way friendlier and helpful. Disgusted with SBSA service after 30 years.
