THE WORST SERVICE EVER

How long does it take to forward a settlement letter to Liberty Life. My mom has been laid off work for the past 4 months now, and till today she has been waiting for her provident fund claim to be processed. Every single day i am forced to follow up on her behalf, and all I am getting from everyone involved is \Standard Bank has to send us the Settlement letter for the home-loan". It has been 4 long months that she has been waiting and honestly this is so unfair. This has to be the worst service ever. How on earth is it possible that no one the entire organisation knows what they are doing. This is the Shi*** service ever. Get your house in order and sort this mess out"""
