The worst retail bank that ****s its own customers

This has to be the most horrible retail bank in South Africa. After having deposited my hard-earned money in this economy, they took away R1500 from my bank account. Going to the branch to try to get help to recover my funds didn't help either. Because of unemployment I hadn't used my account for a little while and when I finally did make a deposit they had the audacity to take R1500 from my account claiming that it's for charges. Why didn't they just close the account or at least inform me that if I do not use my account they are charging me. So without any warning they just take my money; this is not suited for the current state that we are facing as a nation, I'm sure there are other banks out there that can better cater for some of us who sometimes run out of work. This is worse than a loan. R1500 is a lot of money to me.
