The worst insurance in the WORLD
i have registered a claim with claim number 20 032534. my insurance is now forcing me to accept a carpet that i dont want. why am i paying for insurance if this is the horrible treatment they giving us?

My Carpet had burned and i logged a claim with my insurance. They since appointed an assessor who came and viewed the damages. i then received a call stating that AppleFloors has been appointed to fit in my new carpet. My house is fitted with carpets in three of the rooms. 1 My dining room, 2 the living room and 3 my passage If Apple Floors fits a black carpet in my dining room then what about the living room and my passage? This will mean that my entire house no longer has matching carpets and my house now looks like a Christmas tree
Please can your offices assist me in the following. 1. Can my insurance pay me out for the damages as i would like to fit a carpet to my satisfaction 2. Can my insurance get a service provider that will fit a carpet the is the SAME like what i currently have 3. Can my insurance look into fitting tiles if the cant get the carpet SAME like what i have 4. Can my insurance Cover my entire house (The Dining room, the living room and the passage) with the same carpet
Any of the above i will accept
