The worst experience ever

Standard bank is very useless Open and account and was closed because i did not put in any money in which I understood that. Went to the bank to re open that was done and adv them to help me activate an app while there. It kept on saying details not the same and the guy says our system is bit problematic ryt now but pls try again after a couple of hours, tried and tried with no success i called the call centre a number of times and eventually someone says the card is closed they only reopened the account but not the card and they did not activate a notification via sms as i asked as well so now im stuck cause i work 8 to 4 and they closed weekend meaning i can only get this sorted out by the end of lock down whenever that will be thanks to their incompetence mind you what i have to go back for is something i asked them to do sameday i went their branch knowing i do not have leave days to go back for come backs
