The worst Employee of the year Ms Jacobs

<p>I am disgusted by Ms/Mrs Jacobs who is based in Randfontein branch.She clearly has no Client etiquette.How rude can you get to a customer asking for clarity who shows politeness but she decides to talk and walk away with rude facial expression of attitude as if Im the reason she woke up on wrong side of bed.Standard bank Randfontein you need more competent staff or rather take her for emotional intelligent training.She is clearly in the wrong business sector.I however approached the Manager to report the matter I am not convinced he dealt with the matter.Can someone senior please attend to this and report back as i will follow up with this issue to other relevent platforms.</p>
