the worst customer service I've ever experienced

I placed myself under debt review as we can no longer afford the cost of living. I have 8 places that arrangements have been made with and all have been understanding and accomodating EXCEPT STANDARD BANK! After 8 months of being under debt review, they contacted me to say I am not paying enough and they want an extra R1100 a month to which I eventually agreed, but now they also expect me to pay an arrears of R3600! After numerous emails to Jasmin Singh (the most unhelpful person I have dealt with in my life), they still don't want to assist me to make a payment arrangement to pay the arrears, which I was never made aware of in the first place. Everytime I try to make an arrangement, Jasmin just comes back with a blunt email saying a little bit more than "NO". She has not even tried to assist me. Where does a person have R3600 lying around when you are under debt review? I really hope this message reaches the right person because calling standard bank also gets you nowhere. I have NEVER missed a payment on my homeloan and have been a customer for 6 years, now they can't even make a little bit of effort to assist me. This is horrible customer service and I would not advise anyone to use Standard Bank after this kind of treatment I received.
