The worst bank to ever deal with

<p>I was retrenched March 2016 and i had a credit card with Standard bank. I went to standard bank with my retrenchment letter to show proof and I was informed I have a retrenchment insurance on my credit card therefore my debt will be cancelled. Last week Friday standard bank deducted money from my account and when I went to ask what's that for I was told its my credit card installment for the months I missed. I was furious due to the fact that I was told that my debt is cancelled cause I'm still retrenched. And no one could give me any answers on the insurance I had on my credit card. I'm furious by the pathetic service I received. I want answers as to what is an insurance policy on my credit card for </p>
