THE WORST BANK IN MZANSI - MOVING BACKWARDS

Last week I paid my branch a visit to inquire about products to suit my latest project using E-Commerce only to be shocked by the news that my account is closed. I asked the business banker as WHY was account closed as I never received any notification in that regard. She couldn't even pay attention to me and my questions as her mind was miles away from her job. I did complain previously about this banker BUT they have a habit of sweeping issue's under their tables at this branch. I even left my business card with one of the lady's that attend to customers in the branch to ask the branch manager to call me as I was very upset and my day was spoilt to say the least. To date I am still waiting for a call from the Branch Manager. I guess the manager trains the staff to carry out this sort of behavior. Well Shame on YOU all Standard Bank Southdale. I even went as far as loading a complaint of their website also there NO LUCK. Advice: Be careful Capitec is going Chew you and Spit you guys OUT. BAD SERVICE to say the least.
