The Worst Bank- Full of ****mers and ****s- I want my SARS money

I have a loan which was recalled and I can’t get answers as to why it’s under legal immediately after it was retrieved I want my 18k from this account that was closed 2024 I want answers why I’m now told that I’m then handed over again to Dalys AGAIN after I never got answer as to why I was under legal immediately after it was recalled and no one told me why

All I was told wa to restructure But legal status prevents that from happening and never told why- cause Standard Bank states dalys don’t recall yet there is proof I have my sars money in a closed bank and I can’t retrieve it 5 agents confirmed account was closed in 2024 November and money should bounce back to Sars- but im told no it wont- Told I would get a statement for this account and nothing

I am being messed about for over a year with Standard bank and its really upsetting- people lie on recorded calls and those calls are not retrievable
