The worse service ever
My card was sent to Standard Bank New Market branch in Alberton. I stood in the line on Saturday for 4 hours. Today I again stood there for 3 hours. The pensioners that are in the line for hours is a shame and a sin!!!! What is going on? I cannot use my own money, my internet banking doesn’t work so I’m basically unable to live. I can’t wait to change to another bank. Standard Bank is worse than home affairs by far. It is shocking

Had it not been for his excellent customer service and kindness towards the elderly I don't know what would have happened. Kyle is a true example of someone who loves his job and people its not just a job to him.
