THE WORSE PATHETIC SERVICE I WISH IT CAN SHUT DOWN

About two years ago i changed my employment and informed standard bank to change their debit order to my salary date which is the 20th but the continuously debiting my account on the 1st not knowing where they expect me to get money from that date of the month, i've been leaving funds in my account to accomodate their incompetency but it has now reached a point that i'm up to maximum and can't take this anymore, every week i send them email to do amendments for past two years and all i get is auto response with ref numbers but no one ever gets back to me and even if they don't find money in my account the process their debit on their suitable date they just don't care...i'm sick and tired of wondering if there is anyone still working in this departments or everyone was fired hence they deserve to be fired...trust me next thing i'm going to the press
