The worse bank in SA

Cresta mall always has the worst service. you go there on a Monday, way in line and suddenly they offline. the whole branch. You get there early, 08:30 and line up outside thank as they never have enough tellers so you want to be early as we all have work to do. Once they open, they offline. Including ATM's. I mean they close half their branches, retrench 70% of their tellers ( the branches have 5 teller windows with one teller even on month end) and than they offline. Why are they still around?
