The Struggle is Real

Standard Bank Sunnypark feels like some Government institution. The service is slow. When you go there you must be ready to wait for an hour to 1hr15min. It's bad and the sad part is that I have moved all my debits and salary to Standard Bank. I've never seen such super slow consultants. They under-staffed and should get one more person at the door/reception and another consultant. Maybe a hands-on manager is also needed. You spend 5-10 minutes before you get referred to the consultant. Then wait 30-45 min to be assisted. The service is frustrating.
