THE STANDARD CIRCUS ROLLS ON

<p>I initially wrotr under the heading "Worst Service in 30 yeras" and Standard in woeful attempts to cover up their mess appear to have closed my case "Trusting I am satified with their response....". Surprisingly Sechaba responded after 4 mths - must be because it is on hellopeter. He also changes his story in that after he apologised and admitted that they have not provided me with invoices timeously they will not chatge me any penalty fees. Yet in his 4 mths later response he feels comfortable that I should be charged R 145 for short payment? After I complained that no-one takes ownership and provide me their customer with call centre numbers and generic mail boxes, a certain Serisha at least provided me with her name but again sent me call centre and generic mail box details. She also requested my ID and acc no, which I duly did on 09/09. Meanwhile 7 days later no courtesy of a response.Also no record of attempts to phone me as I requested Maybe I am insulting the circus by comparing them with Statnda as the ******s and other animals at least respond to requests from those who feed them and pay their salaries!!!</p>
