The shady,******** bank called Standard Bank!

I received bad & ***** services from Standard Bank and decided to close my accounts ,I did so in February.I requested an email confirming that I owe SB no money and that my accounts are closed,of which I received...Few months later dividends from an old investment was transferred to the "closed off" account,the dividends did not return to the 3rd party's account, instead the funds have been retained by Standard Bank without sending me any correspondence.Why?When I don't owe Standard Bank money nor am I a Standard Bank client.Went to their different branches,submitted so many forms and documents requesting the cash that is rightfully mine to be transferred to my FNB account,sent so many emails yet still no replies,called your call centers only to be transferred numerous of times with no solution or positive feedback.Your branches are useless,your call centers are useless,so is your complaint department as I've sent so many complaints and emails and I've received no reply. I seriously don't want to deal with Standard Bank anymore!All I want is my money and for you to stop accepting funds from that closed off account.Disgusting!
