The remarkably *********** Patricia Simone Chan-Sam

I paid off my debt with Standard Bank on the 17th of July 2019 and a paid up letter was issued the following day. The paid up letter was then forwarded to Patricia Simone Chan-Sam on the 19th for her to clear my name on ITC. Shockingly, on the 26th of July, Ms Chan-Sam reques requested the very same paid up letter that was sent to her on the 19th, thus delaying my ITC clearance. She even **** about having not received the initial email on the 19th.

Transunion, Experian, Compuscan and XDS have all confirmed that they are yet to receive any clearance request from Standard Bank. This means that I continue to have a judgment against my name despite having settled my debt three weeks ago, all thanks to Ms Chan-Sam's incompetence.
