The only bank I have ever banked with but now?!

Std Bank is the only bank ive banked with and always praised them for their services, however I fell let down now: I went through a few bad months where I was unfairly dismissed and struggling to find a now employment which lead to me being unable to pay my std bank accounts, so not too long ago I got a new job and made arrangements and already started paying but now I find my account is delinked, my overdradt turned into pure debt and whatever money goes into the account gets swallowed and to top it all I dealing with their attorneys now! I always communicated my intentions and situatuations but this wasnt communicated with me... I am very disappointed: I want to stay with Std Bank but once this account is paid off why would I want to stay on? Please tell me I that you are still the better bank for me
