The Nightmare is Over

Not so long ago I complained on this forum voicing out my frustrations with a matter I had been struggling without success with trying to solve it with the Bank's help. I am delighted to report that my issue regarding the Cheque Debit Saga has been put to rest. My money was refunded in my bank Account yesterday. I would like to thank the staff at Standard Bank Soshanguve Crossing including the Bank Manager Ms Shirley Lebelo for having the patience to settle my matter in such a short space of time, I know I might have been a bit frustrated and maybe showed little confidence in them but they proved me wrong. Tyank you from the bottom of my heart. It gives me pleasure and some sound sleep to know that my money is protected in their care and will always go out of their depth to deal with the clients matters.
