The most useless bank ever
<p>this is my compaint reference number ********** 389 ,the compalints department is useless.when i call,Johanna Kele ignores my calls and keep saying that she will call me back and nothing happens.this has been going on for more than a week now and nothing is being done.what kind of complaints department is this,you mess up my account and now you cant fix it.this bank is useless.I am so changing banks!!!!!!!!</p>
