The most disappointing bank
I open led my account online 3 weeks ago. I am meant to pick up my bank card at Mthatha West Standard bank branch.
The branch always closes way before 11. Last week Saturday I was there at 10:30 and the branch was closed. I went back there today at 10:20 and the branch yet again was closed. This is just unbelievable.
I am just disappointed, to say the least.
