The money is yours but you cant get it back

Its really unfair to us when going to the atm to withdraw our money and its deducted from our account but nothing comes out the atm. When contacting the bank we are told we need to wait 7 days before any money is refunded. People have emergency's, we hve commitments for that money for specific time periods, we cant wait 7 days for our own money, what if we had to paid admission fees for a hospital in a life and death situation and here comes the bank saying we will refund your money in 7 days, in 7 days time that family member wont be here. Why? Because standard bank says we should wait 7 days for our own hard worked for money....this is really unacceptable, go into my acc see I made a withdrawal and the atm did not give the money and refund the amount immediately SIMPLE as that. You deal wit our money we work for not yours. It impacts us negatively, this is why the economy is not growing, why we cant improve because big financial houses are *********** with other peoples belongings!
