The lowest of low service!!!!

This has to be my worst experience of service ever, I MEAN EVER. Standard Bank you have tarnished my name due to your incompetence and now I get nasty freaking emails.

You already have such a bad rating on this service, this is the last straw!!! I have now been deregistered from my UCOUNT and have been notified I am in bad standings with my bank I have used for years.

Getting staff to call me and feed me whole lot of hogwash just so I won't come here is really low of you.

You lack of communication again shows its true colors and this is why FNB is viewed in a much better light I mean any other bank for that matter.

I'm quite sure at this stage that I do not want to hear your pathetic excuses for what has happened and that this situation is rectified. My credit score is taking a knock and you couldn't bat an eye lid for a loyal customer!!!!!!!!!

This is a sad response because its filled with empty promises, I haven't even addressed the matter of the vehicle that was returned to you and has subsequently been sold and now I wait like an absolute idiot for feedback because calling your call centre is like a game of snakes and ladders. its like no one knows where they work!!!!!

So tomorrow or whenever HelloPeter allows me to post another review I will also be putting that up here as I no longer have the patience to be waiting on you and all clients need to be aware of your terribly poor service levels.

LOL this is a joke right, please see new complaint logged on Hello Peter due to no contact not even an email on the above. Of the 45,207 reviews you guys have 31,607 1 star complaints at the time of writing this comment.

You should be ashamed to call yourself the bank that makes things possible, you make anger the only possibility.
