The loooong wait

Good day<br> <br> I am waiting for feedback on my query since last week and still no feedback has been provided. I need to have this sorted out please.<br> <br> I was dealing with a lovely lady Nkululeko and she advised me that my query has been escalated to her senior and still no feedback. She really helped me as far as she could and I must commend her on her excellent service.
