The joke of banking

Below complaint still not resolved, this bank is a joke. I really seem to be having another problem with Standard Bank, as the one problem is solved another one \surfaces". I requested a credit card from the bank during December 2014 which I received. At Branch level I did not want to take the full amount on the card due to security reasons"
