The horrible service that Standard bank provide lately is beyond even one star is not deserving. I've been requesting homeloan owndershio change for over two months now. every individual that get my request , request same documents that had already. the Incompetence and inconsistence is appalling. now i advise Misha who said will get back to me by friday and never did explaining how disappointed i am and she could not even obtain a call reference for their bad service from their co-workers and quicker to dismiss what i'm telling her.

And dismissing what i say- which as a bank you should have recordings to either proof me wrong it's another thing that what you're saying how you're committed and what has transpired in the past two months are two different thing. and your staff take us for a joke and never take us seriously
