the good and the bad side of Standard Bank cardit cards

Amazing after visiting Standard Bank and phoning numerous times I could not get my Credit card closed, yet once placed on Hello Peter it was done within 24 hrs BUT that is only the half, the extra card charged for and never issued on my card which they need to reimburse is dragging.........I wonder how long that will take and if they will also pay interest on the money they have taken for so long????? Will update as I get sorted
