Calling into a call center can often be a traumatic experience. Especially if after being on hold the line goes dead in your ear. The second time I finally got through, I had THE best call center experience of my lifetime. Phuseletso Mochaoa not only made my day, but my week! Each obstacle that seemed to come our way, that tripped up many a call center agent before, she overcame with ease. Best employee in the world in my book. I wish she would come work for us instead. But i'm sure that Carmen, her manager will ensure she is well compensated for her exceptional service. 10/10 in my book. Definitely recommending Standard Bank to everyone I know.
