The debt that doesn’t end even after paying it off two years ago

I’m so so disgusted with this Bank .I’ve paid my credit card up to the last cent it’s almost two years now buy Standard credit card still is a nightmare,it appears as though I stlill owe them.May I should also take this to radio 2000 for the whole country to know how selfish this bank is.I’ve tried to logged a dispute with Experian credit bureau but nothing has changed until now.THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT RECORD,CAN THIS BANK REMOVE THIS DENT UNDER MY NAME.The worst thing is it says this account is in arrears when I paid it off what cruelty is this .I’m taking this to the radio and the news paper .I’m so tired of this really.MBD Attorneys is also failing me because I settle this account with them ,a lady called Motheo was handling my account.She keeps on making empty promises.
